Registration & Booking Confirmation
After submitting a booking request through the Tsh Nomad website, our team will contact you via email with detailed booking information and payment instructions. As online payment is not available on our website, payment must be made via bank transfer to the account provided by email. The travel contract between the traveler and Tsh Nomad will become effective once the payment has been received and confirmed.
Payment Terms
An advance payment of 30% of the total trip cost is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 70% must be paid in cash upon arrival in Mongolia. Please note that the 30% deposit is non-refundable, so make your decision carefully.
Services & Price Changes
- Contracted services are based on the confirmed itinerary and service details.
- Once the booking is confirmed, the price will be fixed.
- Before booking, TSH Nomad LLC will inform the client of any changes or unavailability of services.
- Any changes to services after booking will only be valid if confirmed in writing by TSH Nomad LLC.
- If the time between booking and the start of the trip is more than 6 months, a price adjustment may be applied.
- Price changes may occur only due to an increase in transportation costs.
- Clients will be informed immediately of any price or significant service changes.
Official Travel Requirements
Travelers are fully responsible for the following requirements:
- Passport requirements
- Visa regulations
- Customs regulations
- Currency regulations
- Health regulations
- Insurance requirements
TSH Nomad LLC's Right to Cancel
TSH Nomad LLC reserves the right to cancel the contract or terminate the trip under the following conditions:
- If the traveler has not paid the total trip cost before the start of the trip
- If unexpected force majeure circumstances make the trip extremely difficult, dangerous, or impossible
Complaint Resolution Procedure
- If a complaint arises during the trip, it must be reported immediately to the tour guide
- The complaint and any resolution attempts must be documented in writing
- Unresolved complaints must be sent via email to TSH Nomad LLC within 30 days after the trip ends
- Complaints related to services provided by third parties (e.g., hotel, transportation) should be addressed directly to the service provider
