Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms

An advance payment of 15% of the total trip cost is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 85% must be paid in cash upon arrival in Mongolia. Please note that the 15% deposit is non-refundable, so make your decision carefully.

Services & Price Changes

  • Contracted services are based on the confirmed itinerary and service details.
  • Once the booking is confirmed, the price will be fixed.
  • Before booking, TSH Nomad LLC will inform the client of any changes or unavailability of services.
  • Any changes to services after booking will only be valid if confirmed in writing by TSH Nomad LLC.
  • If the time between booking and the start of the trip is more than 6 months, a price adjustment may be applied.
  • Price changes may occur only due to an increase in transportation costs.
  • Clients will be informed immediately of any price or significant service changes.

Official Travel Requirements

Travelers are fully responsible for the following requirements:

  • Passport requirements
  • Visa regulations
  • Customs regulations
  • Currency regulations
  • Health regulations
  • Insurance requirements

TSH Nomad LLC's Right to Cancel

TSH Nomad LLC reserves the right to cancel the contract or terminate the trip under the following conditions:

  • If the traveler has not paid the total trip cost before the start of the trip
  • If unexpected force majeure circumstances make the trip extremely difficult, dangerous, or impossible

Complaint Resolution Procedure

  • If a complaint arises during the trip, it must be reported immediately to the tour guide
  • The complaint and any resolution attempts must be documented in writing
  • Unresolved complaints must be sent via email to TSH Nomad LLC within 30 days after the trip ends
  • Complaints related to services provided by third parties (e.g., hotel, transportation) should be addressed directly to the service provider
